There will be a testing session during the Rome Hamfest on October 15, 2005.

Testing location will be the Georgia Power Auditorium at 800 Broad Street.
Directions from the Hamfest to the auditorium will be available.

Testing will begin promptly at 8:00 a.m. Please be at the auditorium by 7:45 a.m. to fill out the paperwork.

You will need a picture I.D. and if you are upgrading - a copy of your current amateur radio license. Fee is $14.00

VE testing sessions will be scheduled quarterly. Check back often to see the dates and locations. Contact Bill Dickert, KD4EKZ or Chuck Hall, WB4LRA for more information.

Technician, Code, General, and Extra exams are all given according to FCC rulings. Each test is $14.00.

Drop-ins at scheduled testing sessions are welcome.
