Club meetings are held the second
Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m., at the Rome Senior Citizen's Center, located at 406 Riverside Parkway, directly across

repeater, W4VO, at 146.94 (- Offset) and a PL Tone of 88.5 Hz

The NW Georgia Emergency Net is held every Monday night at 9 p.m. local time on the W4VO repeater.

TAILGATE-HAMFEST
The Al Brock Memorial Hamfest/Computer Show is held in October. The location is the Georgia State

ARRL
Field Day
The club enthusiastically participates in an annual emergency preparedness
exercise sponsored by the ARRL, known as "Field Day". It is always held the last full weekend in June. The club

OTHER
ACTIVITIES
The club is involved in many projects and public service. We provide
communications support to the Georgia State Defense Force, and to other organizations requiring communications in the public
interest. Our club is the sponsoring organization for the Floyd County ARES group, through which we assist with communications
in times of disaster.
